GENERAL GUIDELINES

This program is a 3-day per week, 12-week
training program for middle school and high
school athletes (~12-16 years old).


Additional mobility and energy systems
development is recommended on non-training
days to supplement training.


It is recommended to have at least one full-day off
for rest each week (see “Recommended Program
Layout”).


Movement quality should always be the goal, but
don’t be afraid to load things up when form checks
out (click exercise names for instructional videos).


Make sure to track weights so you can make
consistent progress, and track times for sprints if
possible.
